Your family's paperwork, sorted without the pressure
Famora offers calm, unhurried administrative sessions to help households in Johor Bahru bring order to civil records, property papers and family archives — one category at a time.
Famora at a glance
Everything sits at the same table
Each section of this page is a seat. No seat outranks another. Click any seat to read that part, or scroll at your own pace — this is your session to use as you like.
What we do
Three ways to engage, one consistent approach
Each programme is administrative work only. We sort, label, scan, index and write summaries. We do not interpret documents, offer advice on regulated matters, or contact any institution on your behalf.
Single-Category Records Session
A two-hour session covering one category of family paperwork — civil and identification records, or property and tenancy papers. The coordinator sorts that category with you, labels it, notes duplicates and gaps, and writes a one-page summary you keep.
- Labelled folder set
- One-page category summary
- Gap and duplicate list
- Reusable labelling template
Two-Household Coordination Programme
A six-week programme for related households sharing overlapping paperwork — adult siblings supporting a parent, or two homes holding shared property and utility records. One shared naming convention, one shared digital index, one orientation document readable from either side.
- Two separate inventories
- Shared naming convention
- Shared digital index
- Open-questions register
Multi-Generation Archive Programme
A four-month programme for families holding decades of paper across several homes. Every container is inventoried, active files are separated from archive, the whole digital set is scanned and indexed, and physical sets are rebuilt with consistent labels throughout.
- Full scan and digital index
- Labelled physical sets
- Full orientation document
- Three walkthrough sessions
Why Famora
What makes the difference here
Scope stays small by design
Each session has a defined scope before it begins. You know what will be covered and what will not. Nothing expands without your agreement.
Documents never leave your hands
All sessions take place where your papers are. Nothing is removed or stored by us. Digital files go onto storage your family owns.
No advice on regulated matters
We label and index. We do not interpret documents, comment on legal or financial content, or suggest any course of action.
Unhurried session pace
Sessions are scheduled with adequate time. We do not rush through categories or push a household to decide anything on the spot.
Written output you keep
Every programme produces a written summary or orientation document. The value of the session remains after the coordinator leaves.
Walkthrough so others can carry on
Larger programmes include walkthrough sessions so any family member can understand and maintain the arrangement independently.
Questions people bring us
We list the questions. Answers depend on your circumstances.
Below are questions families commonly have before a first session. We have noted where the answer depends on your documents, your household structure, or matters that fall outside what we do.
What exactly happens during a session?
Which category should we start with?
Can you tell us if a document is valid or still current?
How long does the Multi-Generation Archive Programme take?
Do you contact JPN, the land office, banks or any other institution on our behalf?
What happens to digital copies made during the archive programme?
Can we stop after the first session and not continue?
Take a first step
Bring order to one category. That may be enough.
A two-hour session covering a single category of family paperwork is a reasonable place to start. No commitment to continue is asked of you. Send us a message or call during office hours.
